For spectators, a fee may be required for entrance into the specific competition areas of River Run Park. Admission prices vary depending upon the specific event and venue. For some events, length-of-event wristbands may be available for purchase. Check individual event information for pricing details.
Guests are allowed to bring a personal refillable thermos for hydration (16 qt or less) and coolers that will fit into a 20”x18”x12” space. Players are also allowed to bring in individual drinks. Food and Beverage service is available for all guests.
Please be advised that filming is occurring during events, and you may be recorded.

By entering each venue on campus, you irrevocably consent to and authorize Capacity Sports Group, LLC, its affiliates and their successors, assigns, and licensees, to recordings of you and to use said recordings in, for worldwide exploitation in perpetuity in any and all media for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to advertisements and promotions. All such recordings, images, and sound taken from such recordings shall be the sole property of Capacity Sports Group, LLC, and you release Capacity Sports Group, LLC and its affiliates form any and all liability on account of such usage.

Metal cleats are strictly prohibited at all times in cages or on the fields – no exceptions. Players will be asked to change into either molded cleats, turfs or other acceptable athletic shoes. Non-compliance will result in ejection of player(s), and any damages may result in repair charges and could jeopardize a team or organization’s future rentals.
The top priority for River Run Park is the safety of our guests. In the event of lightning or other severe weather conditions, events will be stopped at outdoor venues, and guests will be directed by announcements along with River Run Park team members to secure zones, until it is safe to resume play. Please refer to event information on specific inclement weather policies for your event.
Helmets MUST BE WORN by all players at all times in batting cages. There are no exceptions. Violators will be asked to leave by River Run Park staff.
Please note that tents cannot be staked into the turf.
Gates will be open 1 hour prior to practices and 1.5 hours prior to games at River Run Park. Cages/fields are only available to teams currently contracted for that particular timeframe and field, or as a participant in that day’s tournament.
Private lessons are not allowed, except as part of the team’s contracted daily rental and limited to the specific contracted field/cage and time.
Unauthorized personnel are not allowed in press boxes at any time.
All River Run Park guests are expected to exhibit sportsmanship and respect for others on campus. Any physical, verbal, and/or emotional abuse will not be tolerated and may result in the individual(s) being asked to leave.
Inappropriate/offensive music and profanity will not be tolerated.
